This work contains epidote, malachite, and the triangle is painted with Azurite. Epidote is very rarely seen pure, alone. It grows in other minerals. But when you do isolate it the green color is like no other. It reminds me of the hardness and shimmer of diamonds but with a dusted dirty green earthiness. I believe this epidote is from Utah, perhaps Arizona. I like how stubborn and polite this pigment is.
