This watercolor is not about basketball but an attempt to capture a night without marital sex. “Heat-Check” is when a basketball player is really hot (playing well) and he shoots a ridiculous shot to check how hot they really are.
This work contains lapis lazuli from Chile, Han Blue, Ultramarine Green, to name a few. It’s beautifully under-bound and the paper is perfect for how the pigments sit.
